Refund & Cancellation
At Don Lucas Exotics, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any merchandise or complimentary gifts.
No Refunds
Once an order is placed and confirmed for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All gifted items are complimentary with the purchase of merchandise and hold no independent retail value.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you believe there was a mistake with your delivery (e.g., incorrect merch or missing gift), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue at our discretion.
Delivery Deposits
All delivery deposits are non-refundable, even if a customer is unavailable at the agreed time or fails to provide valid ID upon arrival.
ID & Compliance
Customers must be 21+ and show valid government-issued ID at time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a canceled order without refund.
Final Note
By placing an order with Don Lucas Exotics, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all herbal products are gifted as part of a merchandise purchase in compliance with D.C.'s Initiative 71.
